1. Personal data administrator
Personal data provided to us by you in relation to the registration and use of the portal at www.SolutionsBay.pl (hereinafter the “Portal“) are administered by iDream Business Center Sp. z o.o. Sp. k. with its seat in Kielce, address: Kielce, 25-639, ul. Malik—w 150D, entered into the register of entrepreneurs of the National Court Register under number 0000619423, VAT number: 9591972649, REGON: 364505264 (Administrator) operating on the market under commercial brands: (i) iDream | Business Center and (ii) SolutionsBay, whose registration files are kept at the District Court in Kielce, 10th Commercial Department of the National Court Register in accordance with the provisions of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of personal data with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46 / EC (hereinafter referred to as hereinafter: GDPR), as well as on the basis of other provisions regulating the protection of personal data of natural persons.
2. Processing of personal data
Personal data that you entrust to us, name, surname, address, telephone number, e-mail address, are processed for the following purposes:
- o the extent necessary to establish, shape the content, change, solve and correctly implement the services and process your orders;
- in order to consider your complaints;
- if you agree to receive marketing information from us, including sending commercial information by electronic means, your personal data will also be processed by us to provide you with information about our offer and promotions, as well as information about products and services of entities cooperating with us (with our knowledge and express consent).
We store your personal data in the European Economic Area (EEA).
Your personal data will only be transferred to third parties if it is permitted by law, including the purposes related to the performance of the contract or settlement, for marketing purposes or with your prior consent.
The recipients of your personal data may be, among others: an accounting office, suppliers of IT tools and systems, insurance companies, companies that make payments, banks that check your identity and creditworthiness when you buy in installments or debt collection companies,
Providing your data is voluntary, but the lack of consent to their processing may prevent us from providing services electronically, presenting offers or correcting possible errors.

The right to access data

The right to data portability

We may send this copy to you or another entity that will process this data from the date of receive the data further on.
The right to correct data
You have the right to correct or supplement your personal data by sending appropriate information in accordance with the provisions above.
The right to delete data
You have the right to delete your personal data that we process at any time. The exceptions are situations when:
- we are waiting for the payment, regardless of the payment method;
- we suspect or are sure that you have misused our services in the last four years;
- you have been refused a loan in the last three months;
- you have made a purchase – then we will keep your personal data regarding the transaction for accounting purposes.
The right to object to the processing personal data based on legitimate interest
You also have the right to object to the processing of your data to the extent that we do it when we have a legitimate interest. We will then stop processing your personal data.
We will not do this when your interest or rights are legally invalid or if other claims against you are not satisfied. In this case, we will inform you about it.
The right to object to direct marketing
You have the right to object to receiving direct marketing materials by e-mail, including the analysis of your profile that we do to create such materials. To opt out of receiving direct marketing materials, all you need to do is follow the instructions in each such e-mail.
The right to limit the processing of personal data
You have the right to request that we limit the processing of your personal data when:
- you do not agree that we process your data based on a legitimate interest. We will restrict the processing of your data after we have checked whether there is such a legitimate interest;
- you report that your personal data is incorrect. We will limit data processing until we verify its correctness;
- data processing is unlawful. You can then object to the deletion of your personal data and, instead, request the restriction of the use of your personal data;
- we no longer need your personal data, but they are required to submit or dismiss a claim.

How long do we keep your data
We will store your data for direct marketing purposes until you withdraw your consent. We will send you commercial information by e-mail until we consider you an inactive customer. We will do this if you do not open any e-mail from us within five years. Then we will delete your personal data from our database.
5. Cookies (cookies)
Cookies are small files saved on the user’s data carrier, used by the user’s browser to save certain settings and data for exchange with our system. There are two types of cookies, so-called session cookies, which are deleted when the user closes the browser, and temporary/ permanent cookies that are stored for a longer period or permanently on the user’s data carrier. Thanks to the storage of these files, we can properly prepare our websites and our offer in terms of user preferences. This makes it easier for the user to use the website, for example by saving certain user data so that he does not have to enter them every time. Only pseudoanonymized data is stored in the cookies used by the Portal. When the cookie is activated, it is assigned an identification number without assigning the user’s personal data to this identification number. The first and last name, IP address or similar data of the user that allows a cookie to be directly assigned to the user are not saved in the cookie. Based on the cookie technology, we only obtain pseudoanonymized information, for example about which pages of our Portal the user has visited, which products have been viewed by the user.
Accepting cookies is not a prerequisite to use our Portal. However, if you block the use of cookies, the Portal website may only operate based on limited functions.

However, we would like to inform you that Facebook may combine this information with other information collected as part of your use of Facebook and use it for its own purposes, including marketing. Such Facebook activities are no longer dependent on us, and you can search for information about them directly in Facebook’s privacy policy: https://www.facebook.com/privacy/explanation. You can also manage your privacy settings from your Facebook user account.
7. Social networks
The so-called social plug-ins (hereinafter “Plugins”) of social networks. By displaying our website with such a plugin, your browser will establish a direct connection to the servers of Facebook, Google, Twitter, Instagram or LinkedIn. The content of the plugin is transmitted by the given service provider directly to your browser and integrated into the website. Thanks to this integration, service providers receive information that your browser has displayed our website, even if you do not have a profile with a given service provider or are not currently logged in with him. Such information (including your IP address) is sent by your browser directly to the server of the given service provider and stored there.
If you are logged into one of the social networking sites, the service provider will be able to directly assign the visit to our website to your profile on the given social networking site. If you use a given plug-in, for example, click the “Like” button or the “Share” button, the relevant information will also be sent directly to the server of the given service provider and stored there. This information will also be published on a given social networking site and will appear to people added as your contacts.
The purpose and scope of data collection and their further processing and use by service providers, as well as the possibility of contact and your rights in this regard and the possibility of making settings to protect your privacy are described in the privacy policy of service providers.

The Administrator reserves the right to change the Policy in the future – it may occur for important reasons, including such as changes in applicable regulations, in particular in the field of personal data protection, telecommunications law, services provided electronically and regulating consumer rights, affecting our rights and obligations or the rights and obligations of the customer, as well as in connection with the development of functionality or electronic services dictated by progress Internet technology, including the use / implementation of new technological or technical solutions that affect the scope of the Policy. In the event of changes, the updated Privacy Policy will be posted on the Portal’s website each time.
If any doubts in meaning between Polish and English version, Polish version shall prevail.
